Nancy Bell, Ph.D., Owner/Director
Dr. Bell is a Licensed and Certified School Psychologist.
She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Albright College and her Master’s and Doctorate degrees in School Psychology from the University of South Carolina.
Prior to opening Educational and Testing Solutions, LLC, she served as the Director of the Summerville LifeManagement Center for ten years and was an Associate Professor in the School Psychology program at The Citadel for ten years.
Dr. Bell lives in Summerville with her husband, Ken, and has grown children, Lindsey and Alex. In her time away from ETS, she enjoys walking, camping, and going to the beach.
Randy Moody, MA
Coordinator of Tutoring
Randi holds an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Frostburg State University and a Masters of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Hood College. She is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Teaching, Learning, and Advocacy from the College of Charleston. She spent 6 years as an elementary school teacher and 6 years as a preschool director in Maryland. She also was a quality assurance specialist for early childhood education programs for the state of Maryland followed by a policy specialist for the Department of Defense Education Activity. Most recently, she was a supervisory training specialist for the USDA.
Randi lives in Summerville with her husband, Bobby, and her two children, Ashleigh (age 20) and Connor (age 18). In her free time, she enjoys traveling, knitting, crafting, spending time at the beach, and being with her family.
