Dr. Bell is a Licensed and Certified School Psychologist.
She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Albright College and her Master’s and Doctorate degrees in School Psychology from the University of South Carolina.
Prior to opening Educational and Testing Solutions, LLC, she served as the Director of the Summerville LifeManagement Center for ten years and was an Associate Professor in the School Psychology program at The Citadel for ten years.
Dr. Bell lives in Summerville with her husband, Ken, and has grown children, Lindsey and Alex. In her time away from ETS, she enjoys walking, camping, and going to the beach.
Connee holds an undergraduate degree in History from Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Masters of Arts from Midwestern State University. She also earned a Professional Human Resources certification from Rice University.
Her career in education started in training and consulting computer-based Reading and Math interventions for public and private schools across the state of Texas. Twenty years after that career, she decided to pursue a teaching certification. She spent 1 year as a first-grade teacher and 7 years as a third-grade teacher. Once she retired from education, she privately tutored grades K-8 in reading and math, preparing students for state testing.
Connee lives in Summerville with her husband, John. She has a grown daughter, Isabella, who lives in Texas, and six stepchildren from Louisiana. In her free time, she enjoys reading and book clubs, volunteering at her church, fitness, and spending time with family.
