Psychoeducational Testing for College Accommodations

Our comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations help high school and college students receive the documentation they need for academic accommodations.

We offer high-quality, comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), learning disabilities, and emotional concerns such as anxiety. All evaluations are conducted by a licensed and certified school psychologist and are designed to support intervention planning as well as eligibility for college accommodations.

We also provide evaluations for college students who suspect a learning disability and may benefit from accommodations, such as a foreign language waiver. Our documentation is thorough, relevant, and aligned with the requirements of college and university accessibility offices. Most higher education institutions require evaluations completed within the past three years.

If your high school student is preparing to attend college and may benefit from accommodations (for example, extended time on exams), we recommend contacting our office at least two months prior to college enrollment. This ensures sufficient time to complete the evaluation process so your student can begin college with appropriate documentation in place.

The initial consultation with the student and/or parents may be conducted either virtually or in person. During this appointment, we gather a comprehensive history, including academic background and current concerns, and develop a personalized testing plan. Testing is conducted in person and typically takes one to four hours, depending on the type of assessment. The feedback session may also be held virtually, allowing many students to visit the office only once—an added convenience for families traveling from a distance.

From the initial phone call to the consultation appointment, scheduling typically takes one to two weeks. Testing is usually completed within the following one to two weeks, with feedback provided within two weeks after all data are collected. Overall, the evaluation process generally takes four to six weeks.

We are committed to providing high-quality, timely evaluations at a reasonable cost, without premium pricing.
